Skills for Life

It’s exciting being involved with us. We believe that through everyday adventure, young people regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives and meet lifelong friends through Scouting.

Welcome to 2nd Bognor (St Mary's)

Based in Bognor Regis Town Centre and part of the Bognor Regis Scout District, we are one of the most active Scout Groups in Bognor; every week over 70 young people aged 4-14 join us to experience everyday adventure and take part in our top quality Scouting programme.

The Group has grown steadily over the last 4 years, following the efforts and hard work of our enthusiastic leadership team and fully supportive Group Executive.

Our thriving and active Scout Group has a dedicated leadership team who produce exciting and engaging programmes for young people, teaching life skills as well as having plenty of fun along the way! We have regular weekly meetings, camps and sleepovers throughout the year, summer camps and day activities on top. You will never be bored again!

All you need to know about the group and scouting in general can be found here on the Website, so have a good look and do not hesitate to get in contact with us with any enquiries!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
